Incredible pictures appear to have caught the tallest building in Europe, The Shard, glistening in the sun, reflecting the light in a spectacular way.
As the hot weather continues in London, The Shard was captured with the sun behind, reflecting the rays in a pattern that seems almost too perfect to be true.
However, the pictures, taken by photographer Lewis Wyld on Wednesday, are completely legitimate.

The Shard, which will open to the public this summer, will usurp Frankfurt's Commerzbank tower as the tallest building in Europe, standing at a formidable 1,016 feet tall.
It will consist of offices, three floors of restaurants, a new branch of the Shangri-La hotel, private apartments and an observatory, 68 floors above ground level.
