They may have looked the epitome of bored on their Italian break, but it seems being back the UK has put a smile on Christine Bleakley and Frank Lampard's faces.

The pair shunned any sort of post-holiday blues as they hit Royal Ascot today, sharing a laugh and a giggle.

However, despite donning her best headgear, Christine had some competition in the style stakes - from Frank, whose choice of hat was rather fabulous.

The couple also shared a PDA as they cheered on their horse. Aww.

Christine and Frank have just jetted in from Italy, where they had been enjoying a break after Frank ruled himself out of competing in the Euros, suffering from a thigh injury.
