Lady Gaga has some pretty dedicated fans, but even she was a little taken aback when one Little Monster presented her with a sex toy during a gig in Australia.
Gaga was chatting to the audience during the Brisbane show of her Born This Way Ball world tour when she was given the vibrator.
"Are you telling me I'm not getting enough action?" she asked while holding the toy.
"Was this moral support? Does it have any batteries in it? It looks expensive.
"Thank you very much for worrying about my sex life - but I will assure you that all is well," before tossing the gift back into the crowd.
Gaga was no doubt referring to her rekindled romance with Vampire Diaries star Taylor Kinney who joined the star for the Aussie leg of her tour.
The pair were spotted canoodling on the balcony of her Brisbane hotel and he also joined her in Sydney where they enjoyed a 'romantic' day out at Taronga Zoo.
