Anthea Turner Splits From Love Rat Grant Bovey Over 'Affair' With Woman, 24

Anthea Turner has reportedly split from her husband Grant Bovey over allegations he cheated on her with a pretty young brunette.

The pair reportedly told the former GMTV star that he was rehearsing for the Olympics opening ceremony but was in fact cheating on her with a young woman.

According to The Mirror she has given him the boot and ordered him to move out of their home - a decision that was supported by her three stepdaughters.

A friend said: “Anthea’s distraught all this has come to light. If this is true, after all they’ve been through and the support she’s offered him after he was declared bankrupt in 2010, it’s a total kick in the face. Grant’s girls are 100 per cent behind her. They adore Anthea. It’s caused a massive problem.”

Another friend said his stories "didn't match up".

A pal of Grant’s said: “He is upset and blames it all on the fact that they have been apart a lot.”

They wed in 2000, but he was declared bankrupt following the collapse of his property empire.

He said at the time: "It’s humiliating and I feel I have let Anthea down, that I’ve let my children down and everyone who had faith in me.”
