Are Cat Deeley And Patrick Kielty Engaged?

There are whisperings in celebville that Cat Deeley and Patrick Kielty have got engaged.

The telly couple only confirmed they were dating back in May, but reports suggest Patrick has popped the question after Cat was spotted wearing a massive sparkler.

An eyewitness saw the the couple apparently celebrating their engagement at the Goring Hotel in London on Sunday.

“Cat and Patrick were outside on the terrace at the Goring drinking champagne,” they told Heat magazine.

“They were joined by friends and there was lots of congratulations and passing around a ring, which was a rather large diamond from what I could see! They both looked very happy and excited.”

CatPat first met when they presented Fame Academy together back in 2002 and were first rumoured to be dating at the beginning of the year but didn't go public until they both attended the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards in May.

Patrick hasn't hidden his desire to wed though, as during an interview last year, he said it was his aim for 2012.

"I think that might be my New Year’s resolution... to get married," he said.

Since then he is reported to have moved into Cat's £1.7m mansion in Beverly Hills, and a friend had told The Mirror it was only a matter of time before he popped the question.

"Patrick always said this is the year he wants to get married. And with him now living with Cat and spending most of his free time with her, we think he could pop the question literally any day now," they said.

"They are definitely in it for the long term."

Well it certainly seems that way. Congrats guys!
