Now, don't get us wrong: we loathe and detest queue-jumpers, particularly at airports where everyone's super-frazzled anyway.
But we couldn't help feeling a teeny-weeny bit sorry for the US teenager who was obliged to issue an apology to fellow Southwest airline passengers over the plane's PA system, after pushing to the front of the boarding queue.

"I'm just a young man that thinks I'm smarter than I am," he reads from the pre-prepared statement - while everyone else on the plane sniggers. Nightmare!
