Captain Jack Sparrow To Go... Fifth?

Johnny Depp could be reliving the pirate's life again, as rumours swirl about his involvement with a fifth Pirates Of The Caribbean film.

The Hollywood superstar is apparently interested in reprising his role as rum-swilling, eyeliner-wearing Captain Jack Sparrow in the next instalment of the swashbuckling blockbuster franchise.

A source told The Sun: "Johnny is being very careful he does not sign on for too many films. He doesn't want to ruin his career with overexposure."

Johnny, who has two children with former long-term girlfriend Vanessa Paradis, has previously said the attractive pay packet tempts him to return for more pirate adventures.

"Basically, if they're going to pay me the stupid money right now, I'm going to take it," he told Vanity Fair.

"I have to. I mean, it's not for me. Do you know what I mean? At this point, it's for my kids. It's ridiculous, yeah, yeah. But ultimately is it for me? No. No. It's for the kids."

Producer Jerry Bruckheimer said last year that an initial script had been written for a possible fifth film, and Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides star Sam Claflin is hoping to come back for a sequel to the blockbuster.
