Remember YouTuber Andrew Hales and his California hugging experiment? Just in case your memory needs refreshing: he filmed what happened when he wandered up to random strangers at Venice Beach and tried to hug them. And as you'd expect, he experienced mixed results.
Well, now he's been trying out the same stunt in Rome - approaching a mixture of Italians and foreign tourists in one of the city's most picturesque piazzas.
The outcome? Much the same as before - although we do think he was chancing his arm a bit when he made a move on those nuns. Still, he ended up making a new friend, so his efforts weren't all in vain.
