Louis Smith looks to be lining up some eye-watering moves as he practises the splits for a Strictly Come Dancing routine.
The Olympic gymnast showed off his flexibility by performing the move as he rehearsed in a dance studio with partner Flavia Cacace.
Louis, 23, will be appearing in the show when it returns to BBC One tonight at 9pm with the first competitive live show of the series. Viewers had a taste of the programme last month when the celebrity dancers were introduced to their professional partners.
Flavia - who was teamed with Russell Grant during last year's series - will be performing a Cha Cha Cha with Louis as they take to the floor for the first time.
The series continues tomorrow at 6.30pm when more of the stars show off their newly acquired skills. Rival show The X Factor will also begin its live shows tomorrow on ITV1.
