The rich autumn hues of fallen foliage provided the backdrop for an impossibly cute game of hide and seek on Thursday.
The Meerkat enclosure at Blair Drummond Safari Park near Stirling was filled with colourful leaves laced with mealworms-meerkat's favourite food.
Park manager Gary Gilmour said: "It helps stimulate their natural digging action and keeps them occupied for hours.

"They love it."
Visitors can tour the park until October 28, when it closes for winter. It reopens in March.
