Serves 4

You will need:
350g (12oz) Brussel sprouts
350g (12oz)savoy cabbage
25g (1oz) butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, peeled and finely sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ orange, finely grated rind and 2 tbsp juice
2 tsp clear honey
What to do:
1. Trim Brussels sprouts and shred finely. Discard any outer damaged leaves from cabbage, slice out central core and then shred leaves very finely.
2. Melt butter with oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir-fry onion for 4–5 minutes until just softened.
3. Add Brussels sprouts, cabbage and soy sauce and stir-fry over a high heat for 4–5 minutes until just tender.
3. Remove wok or pan from heat and stir in orange rind and juice and honey. Season well and serve immediately.
