Guy Ritchie and his fiancée Jacqui Ainsley are celebrating - they've become parents to a baby girl.
The model let her tummy do the talking in July when she stepped out with a growing baby bump on the red carpet at the London premiere of 'The Dark Knight Rises'.
A representative for Guy confirmed the news, but the notoriously private couple - who welcomed son Rafael in September, 2011 - refused to comment on the news.
However, it's now emerged that Jacqui has recently given birth to a daughter.
A representative for the couple told WENN: "We can confirm that Guy and Jacqui are the proud parents of a new baby girl. Mother and baby are doing well."
It's been an eventful year for the couple - it emerged in October that they had become engaged.
As well as Rafael, Guy is also father to sons Rocco and David from his marriage to Madonna, which ended in 2008.
