Carole Waugh Murder: Derek Eastham, Elie Khoudry, Susan O'Shea Charged With Conspiracy To Defraud Wealthy Oil Executive

Three Charged Over 'Murdered' Carole Waugh Fraud

Two men and a woman have been charged with conspiracy to defraud in connection with the investigation into the murder of wealthy former oil executive Carole Waugh, Scotland Yard said.

Miss Waugh's body was found with a single stab wound inside a car in a lock-up garage in Lime Court, New Malden, south west London, on August 2.

Derek Eastham, 55, of Great Peter Street, Westminster, central London, was charged on Thursday while Elie Khoury, 39, of Spring Street, Paddington, central London, was charged on Friday.

Susan O'Shea, 61, of Sunset Avenue, Woodford Green, has also been charged with conspiracy to defraud in connection with the investigation into the murder.

The outline of the alleged offence is that, between April 15 and August 1, Eastham conspired with others to defraud banks and other financial institutions and was in possession of criminal property, namely a quantity of counterfeit currency.

Khoury and O'Shea are alleged to have conspired with others to defraud banks and other financial institutions between the same dates.

All have been bailed to appear at Croydon Magistrates' Court on January 10.

Five people have previously been charged in connection with the investigation.

Miss Waugh, originally from Durham, was reported missing by her family on May 7 and had not been seen since mid-April.
