The royal rumour mill is now throbbing with speculation over what she may call her newborn. Kate is 21 weeks pregnant and due to give birth in July.
Some have said Kate should call her baby Diana, after her husband's late mother, or Elizabeth, the great grandma of the baby-to-be.
However some have suggested the royal Duchess was actually less than impressed with the teddy bear. Perhaps it didn't meet royal standards of playthingery?
