Anchorman A J Clemente Opens First Ever On-Air Appearance Muttering ‘F**king Sh**' (VIDEO)

This anchorman certainly made an impression on the first day of the job – after a microphone broadcast him muttering “fucking shit”.

AJ Clemente was appearing on NBC affiliate KFYR-TV alongside colleague Van Tieu when he was recorded.

Apparently realising his outburst has been beamed live, Clemente gazes towards the ground, before look up in bewilderment.

While many viewers had a giggle at Clemente’s obvious embarrassment, his bosses failed to see the funny side – and he’s been suspended.

News director Monica Hannan posted the following explanation on the station’s Facebook page on Sunday:

Clemente himself has taken to Twitter to offer his apologies, admitting it “couldn’t have gone any worse”.
