Caroline Flack loves nothing more than flashing her pins in a pair of her famous shorts, but the 'Xtra Factor' host isn't so fond of her arms it seems.
Flacko was covering them up as she hit the beach in Miami on Tuesday, after previously admitting she shows her legs off so much to take attention away from her arms.
"I'm paranoid about my arms, I hate them," she told the Express recently. "I know I show my legs a lot, but I would look silly if I covered my legs AND my arms."
Caz was sporting an oversized baseball top as she froliced in the sand on a sunshine break, ahead of her return to the 'X Factor' spin-off show.
However, she will be without co-host Olly Murs when the new series hits screens in the summer, as the singer recently announced he had quit to focus on his music career. Sob.
