A man has been cautioned after an assault on a "living statue" street performer went viral.
The victim, dressed as The Predator in Birmingham city centre, was knocked towards a child in the attack on Sunday.
Now a 20-year-old man has been given a caution, West Midlands Police confirmed.
A short film of the incident, believed to have been taken by a friend of the offender, was originally posted on a Facebook account and has since attracted tens of thousands of views on video-sharing sites.
A man handed himself in for questioning over the incident and has since been handed a police caution, which will remain on his record.
West Midlands Police said it had now spoken to all parties involved in the assault and neither victim wanted to make an official complaint to officers.
