Warwick Mens Rowers' Naked Charity Calendar: The Male Students Bare All (PICTURES)

IN PICTURES: The Battle Of The Sexes

After the women's boat club at Warwick University caused a storm with their naked calendar, the men's rowing team decided it was their turn for some attention - and have released their own.

The boys have teamed up with Educational Action Challenging Homophobia to work on their own programme Sport Allies - to help young people who are being bullied over their sexual identity.

"Social media has been fundamental to the success of the calendar," the boys told HuffPost UK. "Being able to tweet and use Facebook has helped us create a really strong following of passionate fans from all over the world. Last year we were fortunate to receive Twitter support from Stephen Fry, Boy George and Darren Brown and this year we have already drummed up support from Gok Wan and Made in Chelsea's Caggie Dunlop."

"The reaction from our fellow students is improving every year. The calendar has really taken off and other students really respect the difference we are making. Particularly with the creation of Sport Allies, a charity to help combat homophobia in schools."

The 2014 calendar will be the boys' fifth edition, and, as last year's sold out in mere days, we suggest you get your hands on one quick.
