When it comes to our health, it's not enough to worry about getting our daily fruit and vegetable intake - there's also the constant dilemma of choosing between fresh and frozen products.
Naturally we might be leaning towards fresh food in the belief that it'll contain more nutrients. And in some cases they do.
The food from supermarkets however, are usually harvested underripe to avoid any damaging - meaning that it hasn't yet reached its peak nutrition.
