The first rule of being in the fash pack is knowing exactly where to go to get ahead in the style game. You're already fabulous and full of intrigue yes, but 2014 is about seeking and finding more fashion inspiration from various destinations online.
These are the kind of sites that make you want to dress like a queen, spend uncontrollably, customise, collect and experiment. They're sleek and loaded with need-to-know details that give you inspiration and make you feel invincible.
If you're wise, you'll keep them close to your chest but it's ok to share them with your most fashionable cliques. Check out these six websites to keep serious tabs on for 2014. We've bookmarked them all:
1. The Dreslyn
A US shopping site that requires serious attention and spending power. Their Twitter bio reads: "Style before Fashion" and that's saying something, the collage-style format displays all the latest fashion pieces.
It looks pretty swish and you will want almost everything, including the vegan leather trousers.
2. Byrdie
An online magazine devoted to all things beauty. Their focus on the latest collections, trends and top tips from hairstylists and makeup artists is a big deal. As are the product suggestions.
The website is sleek and its blog format lists articles in a way that is clicky and insightful. Launched by the creators of WhoWhatWear.com in LA last year, this is definitely a new beauty-go-to for all.
3. Cavan
This online shopping platform is ideal if you're after a little style inspiration, it's not all purse-string-pulling prices either. With a mix of price points and designer collections to suit every woman whatever the occasion, it's definitely worth a browse.
The magazine tab also includes 'Stylish Lives', which showcases established and emerging fashion talents. Don't disregard the bag edit either, it's dangerously good.
Filter through to the fashion tab and behold some seriously beautiful shots of models in new designer collaborations, graduate collections and dreamy editorials. You'll lose hours of your day on this site, but you'll be a better version of yourself for it.
Hats off to founder and creative director Alexander Zakharov, it's masterful.
If you're already a fan (mother and daughter duo Helen and Joanna Nicola launched the independent London-based boutique in 2009) then you're sure to have been and spent in store and on the website. Fashion kudos to you.
If you're not familiar, then start off by checking out Oxygen Boutique's own label Related which they launched in 2013. Think space and the Sixties inspired, think fully functional and completely classic. We're already awaiting their latest line for the new year.
6. Katie Eary
She's a London-based designer set to storm the fashion scene this year, so feast your eyes on Katie Eary's website and blog for a look at her stand-out collections. Yes womenswear and menswear, yes serious bespoke talent.
Katie graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2008 and launched her eponymous line in 2009. She's a fresh face but the lady has already worked for Kanye West and designed an 18-piece womenswear collection for River Island which drops 17 February.
Not only that but she's teamed up with Savile Row tailor Richard Anderson to show at London Collections: Men this month (6-8 January). She's big on tailoring, colour and bold print - the lady is unstoppable and we're sold.
There you have it, a little fashion entree to get you set for 2014. Keep these fashion and beauty destinations on your radar for non-stop style updates.
