Budget 2014: Jeremy Hunt Falling Asleep During George Osborne's Speech

Let's not kid ourselves, Budget statements, while important, are not necessarily the most exciting hour of the year. But the least health secretary Jeremy Hunt could have done was try and keep his eyes open.
