Former ‘X Factor’ judge Nicole Scherzinger could be set to snub ITV and perform her new music on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ instead, according to reports.
Nicole, who quit the ITV show after the 2013 series, is reportedly top of the list for producers, hoping Nicole will perform during one of the 'Strictly' shows.
The former Pussycat Doll left 'X Factor' to focus on her music career, and it is thought that she could decline a performing spot on the show in favour of its BBC rival.
“Nicole is one of the sexiest pop babes around,” a source tells the Daily Star. “When she releases her album everyone will want her on their show.
“‘Strictly’ want to get the upper hand and feel having a former ‘X Factor’ judge on their show will do just that.”
Nicole has been busy promoting her new single and recently enjoyed a night out in London, where she donned a dangerously low-cut LBD.
Nicole isn't the only former 'X Factor' star who could be appearing on 'Strictly', as Caroline Flack - who formerly presented the 'X Factor' - could be signing up to get her dancing shoes on.
Plenty of other celebs have already been tipped to take part in this year’s ‘Strictly’, including former ‘TOWIE’ stars Mark Wright and Joey Essex, and Andy Murray’s mum Judy.
