While dark browns, blues and black eyeliner are the most popular choices, bright colours can have a dazzling effect. Try electric blue with brown eyes, plums to show off green eyes and rich browns and taupes with blue eyes. A top tip for widening eyes is to apply a line of white eyeliner to the inside of your eye.
