A baby girl has notched up an impressive 5,000 followers on Twitter after using the site to announce her arrival.
Baby Harper Estelle – daughter of American broadcasters Jenna Wolfe and Stephanie Gosk - made her Twitter debut just three days after her birth, with the message: 'OMG! Just got born!'
Her proud mums registered her with the user name @harperestelle and the brief - but to the point - bio 'I'm fairly new'.
Harper later tweeted that she was 'four days old and counting. So far so good', followed by how she'd visited the doctor and 'pooed and pee'd ' on his changing table!
Jenna told the Today programme that she manages Harper's account, while her partner Stephanie enjoys following the updates. She added they will keep it 'up and running until she's old enough to do it herself'.
Jenna, 39, gave birth to Harper on August 22 . The little girl weighed in at seven pounds, 13 ounces, and Jenna and Stephanie – a 40-year-old NBC News foreign correspondent – tweeted that they were 'madly in love' with her.
Jenna made her pregnancy announcement live on the Today show in March, at the same time as announcing she was in a relationship with Stephanie and that they were engaged.
The Mail reports that Harper was conceived via artificial insemination with an anonymous donor.
The proud mums tweeted shortly after their little girl's birth that she was going to be 'the biggest and best adventure' of their lives.
