There's no such thing as having too many red lipsticks. When it comes to finding a shade that goes with everything, this colour can always be relied upon and wearing it is the easiest way to make a strong, speedy beauty statement.
The latest lipstick to know about is also affordable and best of all, it's been created to support a brilliant cause.
Topshop has teamed up with the Red Lippy Project – a charity committed to spreading awareness of cervical cancer screening - ahead of Cervical Cancer Awareness Week which runs from June 8th to 14th.
To support this campaign, the brand has created a limited edition version of its best-selling lipstick in Pillar Box Red along with a lip-printed makeup bag.
Yes, the colour suits everyone and this makeup bag comes in a handy, travel-friendly size but there's another excellent reason to snap up these new beauty buys - a third of the sales from each product will be donated to the Red Lippy Project.
As if you needed any more persuading these are your June makeup must-haves, Topshop's beauty consultant Hannah Murray recommends how to wear it below.
"We've created the ultimate, bold Pillar Box Red shade that suits everyone from the palest to the darkest skin tones," she says. "A timeless classic that will never go out of fashion, I love to wear mine with a lived-in kohl-rimmed eye for a cool edge, or with a bare face for 90's chic."
Once you've snapped up Topshop's lippy, don't forget to pucker up and share a picture of your new shade with #redlippyproject #makeamark.
Topshop Beauty's Red Lippy Lipstick (£8) and Makeup Bag (£12) are available in stores, online and in Selfridges from June 2014.
