'Strictly Come Dancing': Pixie Lott Confirms She'll Be Joining Mark Wright And Scott Mills In This Year's Line-Up

Another Star Confirms 'Strictly' Spot...

Pixie Lott is the latest celebrity confirmed to be bringing a bit of glamour to the forthcoming new series of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.

She broke the news on the official ‘Strictly’ Twitter page on Wednesday afternoon, through an exciting Vine video which showed a glitter-ball exploding to reveal the ‘Mama Do’ singer standing behind it, saying: "Hello 'Strictly'."

Pixie said: “I'm so excited to be doing 'Strictly', it's going to be a lot of fun. I always want to push myself as a performer so can't wait to learn the routines.”

The chart-topping star first started teasing that she had some big news on social media on Wednesday morning, with a Twitter message to her fans which read:

Pixie is the 11th famous name to be confirmed for the line-up of the new series of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, with four more still to be announced.

‘The Only Way Is Essex’ cast member Mark Wright, tennis coach Judy Murray and pop singer Frankie Bridges will also be lacing up their dancing shoes and hoping to waltz in last year’s winner Abbey Clancy’s footsteps to snatch the glitter-ball trophy.

Former ‘The Xtra Factor’ host Caroline Flack and ‘TOWIE’ star James ‘Arg’ Argent are among the remaining rumoured celebrity contestants, while soap star Michelle Keegan has ruled out an appearance in ‘Strictly’ when it returns to screens later this year.
