How To Work Out Like A Boss Victoria's Secret Angel

Earlier this week, the world stopped to watch the first ever Victoria's Secret show in London where Angels strutted their stuff in magnificent underwear, wings and, ahem, not much else.

Since then, there's only been one thing on our minds.

How on EARTH can we look like that?

We can reveal that while it takes a heck of commitment, a body like this is achievable with a healthy diet - plenty of protein and greens - as well as lots of exercise. Ballet, boxing, yoga and core workouts being some of them.
