When it comes to fashion's stars, 2014 was Kendall Jenner's year. And while there's no sign of Kim Kardashian's younger sister slowing down, there's a new name to note for the months ahead.
Introducing American model Dylan Penn, the 23-year-old daughter of Sean Penn and Robin Wright.
Penn, who has already appeared in a video campaign for shoe designer Stuart Weitzman, is the face of Ermanno Scervino's Spring/Summer 2015 ads.
Photographed by Francesco Carrozzini in Tuscany, it's easy to see why the Italian label picked Penn to star in its 1970s California-inspired shoot.
"Dylan is a young, beautiful woman, conscious of her background and close to her family but also very independent and determined to succeed in her own professional career," says the brand in its S/S 15 press release. "A real contemporary character that has many things in common with the ideal Ermanno Scervino woman."
So, has her famous surname played a part in her modelling success? Probably.
"I'm not oblivious to that fact," Dylan explained in an interview with WWD. "But I don't think I would be hired for things if I was really wrong for the part. I also think a lot of it depends on personality, vibe, clicking with that designer, that crew or whatever."
With that positive attitude, we predict big things for fashion's rising star. Catch up on Dylan's modelling career so far in the video below...
