This is the Shafri-Ha House. Built in Tehran, Iran it's an enormous luxury house that combines modern technology with traditional Iranian design elements.
Of course people have been flocking to see the house for an altogether reason which is that it moves.
OK so while the entire house doesn't move, the three main rooms at the front of the house do, rotating round to capture the sunlight while also creating three balconies.

The rotating house is the brainchild of chief architect Alireza Taghaboni and works by simply rotating the room on a single axis. Once the room is extended the space left behind becomes a balcony as glass barriers lift up to protect people from falling down.
