Cate Blanchett certainly isn’t someone you want to mess around with, as proven in this super awkward interview with an Aussie TV presenter.
The actress is currently busy promoting her latest movie ‘Cinderella’, and she wasn’t too pleased when TV host Jonathan Hyla attempted a series of silly questions.

Jonathan started the chat by making a joke about beer, and things went downhill from there.
After sternly offering a wry joke in response, Cate told the interviewer: “Getting back to the movie at hand—one of us has got to do our job—the chemistry between them [‘Cinderella’ actors Lily James and Richard Madden] is amazing.” Ouch.
Jonathan then agreed to start over, before offering a “serious question”.
“How were you able to get that cat to do what you wanted to on a leash?” he asked. “I try to put my girlfriend's cat on a leash, and it just never works for me.
Yeah… that didn’t go down too well either.
“That’s your question?” Cate responded, before turning to look at the other people in the room. “That’s your fucking question?”
Ouch. Ouch. OUCH.
The actress then reached across to shake Jonathan’s hand, shutting down the interview with a calm “nice to meet you”.
Helpfully, Jonathan has spliced together the best worst moments of the chat, and shared it on Instagram.
This isn’t the first time Cate has openly called out an interviewer and back in 2014, she called out a cameraman who did a full-body shot to show viewers her outfit, pointing down the lens and asking “do you do that to the guys?”.
