Huge circular clouds that appear briefly in the sky before vanishing have caused an outbreak of UFO reports in Texas.
There have been over 56 reported sightings of flying saucers to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) in the past month, but all of them have been dismissed by meteorologists as lenticular clouds.
Lenticular clouds are rare formations that are created when ward air is moves rapidly upwards into cooler regions. They usually only appear near mountains.

However, it's a widely held belief among UFO-enthusiasts that lenticular clouds are actually 'cloaked UFOs,' or UFOs trying to hide their true identity.
One witness said: “It seems unlikely that such a massive cloud appears and disappears within a few seconds, except if it is true that UFOs use clouds to hide themselves in order to travel unseen above Earth’s surface.”
