We can only assume that he definitely wasn't drunk or on drugs, and was probably just trying to avoid heat stroke by removing his clothes and cooling off in the mud. It's hot in Australia, you know.
Or maybe he was trying to avoid a Predator's heat vision? Or maybe it was the elusive Bigfoot, accidentally stumbling into the crowded festival? It's impossible to tell.
