You know what it’s like… you’ve been at work all day, feel a bit bored of listening to the same things, so you shove ice cream in your colleagues faces. Um, sorry what?
Yes. That’s exactly what happened during Saturday night’s ‘X Factor’, when - with good intentions, we’re sure - ice cream man Andy Taylor presented the judges with a sweet treat to enjoy during his performance.
However, shortly after Andy handed out the cones and started his rendition of Walk The Moon’s ‘Shut Up And Dance’, things descended into chaos, as Nick Grimshaw and Simon Cowell couldn’t resist taking the chance to plonk their ice creams on Rita Ora and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s faces.
Obviously, the ladies fought back - though nobody went for Si, who at the end of the day, pays their wages - and it didn’t take long before Nick, Rita and Chezza were looking a little worse for wear (and sporting ice cream splodges on their faces).
Luckily for Andy, they were still listening to his performance, and the 34-year-old won the panel over, earning 4 yeses, which is more than troubled boyband DTour can say.
DTour’s audition wasn’t quite so successful, and things got even worse when their manager stormed the stage, and proceeded to beg the judges to say yes. Awk. Ward. See the cringe-inducing moment below…
