‘X Factor' Final: One Direction Tributes From David Beckham, Jack Whitehall, James Corden And More Air During Live Finale (VIDEO)

David Beckham Leads A-List 1D Tribute Videos During 'X Factor' Final

One Direction took to the stage to perform two songs at Sunday night’s ‘X Factor’ final, and between tracks Simon Cowell delivered a sentimental surprise.

The music mogul introduced a special tribute video for the lads, which included goodbye messages ahead of their split hiatus, from A-listers including David Beckham and James Corden.

Danny Devito, Jack Whitehall and Wayne Rooney were also among the celebs to share a message with Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne.

The lads then performed ‘Made In The AM’ track ‘History’, and as they did, a montage of snaps from the past five years - including ones with Zayn Malik - appeared on Wembley Arena’s big screens.

Coldplay and Adele also performed at the live final, as did all of this year’s finalists.

This series of ‘X Factor’ hasn’t exactly been easy, and things didn’t get any easier this weekend, when the lowest finale audience figures ever were recorded.
