The former Wanted singer was crowned winner of the BBC ballroom competition during Saturday (19 December) night’s grand finale, and has already been approached to star in the West End next year, as well as advertising male grooming products, according to reports.

A source close to the star claimed that the “future is certainly looking very good” for Jay.
They told The Sun: "He's most keen to take on a West End role. It's very early days but this is definitely something he'll look at pursuing because it combines his love of dancing and singing. He doesn't care about celebrity status.
"He's been offered every reality TV show and turned them all down. But he is open to doing some music-related TV presenting.
"He's been asked to do something for The Brits next year. A lot of people have suggested he launches a solo music career but he's not interested.”
They added: "He'd much rather do something with his former bandmates again, although that's looking unlikely for the forseeable future. In the meantime, he's had lots of commercial offers from hair and male grooming companies."
Jay disappeared from the limelight after The Wanted announced that they were taking an extended break in January 2014, and spent a lot of time travelling the world.

He previously admitted he feared being unemployed after the series and the upcoming arena tour of the show ended.
Speaking to The Mirror last week, he said: "I’d had a year-and-a-half of just sort of having fun and I want to do something good but I still don’t know what that is. Basically, after the tour I’m seeking work."
After winning the show on Saturday, Jay admitted he couldn’t believe his luck, telling hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman: "I feel spaced-out, really weird. It's been one of the most special things I've ever done."
