'Britain's Got Talent': David Walliams Pranks Simon Cowell On Red Carpet Of Birmingham Auditions (VIDEO)

David Walliams couldn’t resist pulling a few pranks on Simon Cowell as the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ auditions rolled into Birmingham on Thursday (4 February).


While the comic’s future on the show was recently cast in doubt, following reports of a bust-up with the show boss, there didn’t seem to be any bad blood between them as the fooled about on the red carpet.

After the pair arrived together in a Ghostbusters station wagon, they were flooded by requests from fans to autograph various items.

As one handed David a copy of his autobiography for him to sign, he quickly shoved it in front of Simon’s face, just as he was busy posing for the paparazzi.

But that wasn’t the only stunt he pulled, as we was also handed a mask of Simon’s face, which he then paraded up and down the red carpet sporting.

Fellow judges Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon were also posing up a storm outside the Hippodrome Theatre.

Amanda looked sensational in a monochrome, off-the-shoulder number, which also had a cut-out section on the stomach area.

Alesha meanwhile donned a daring pink frock with a leather trench coat.

Asked if they will host the 11th series of ‘BGT’ in 2017, Ant was quoted by The Mirror as saying: “We’re not sure, because it’s the last year we’re contracted for.

"We’ll have to see. It’s been 10 great years. Well, nine great years - we’re hoping the 10th will be just as good as the rest."

‘Britain’s Got Talent’ is set to return to ITV in the spring.
