The Blue Angels are the US Navy's equivalent of the RAF Red Arrows (but not as good, obviously) and perform some pretty incredible aerial tricks.

They've kindly attached some cameras to their planes so you can get an idea of what it's like to be on board.

Suffice to say, if you don't like heights you should probably not press play...
