The morning commute: everybody dreads it.

With the average UK employee now spending roughly 53 minutes per day (that's roughly 4 hours 40 minutes a week) on their journey to and from work, it's worth considering how to make the most of your commuting time.

Oh by the way Londoners, you're not even included in that time bracket - you guys are clocking up roughly 75 minutes of commute time a day.

Times that by five and you've got a lot of time wasted on Candy Crush.

If you're fed up of spending your morning travel time playing games, sleeping or just generally feeling like you're not winning at life then listen up. Here are 10 ways to make the most of your commute...
