Dianna Dunbar, LCSW, is a mindfulness consultant with more than 20 years of experience in clinical practice, psychotherapy, and corporate wellness education. She is the founder of Mindful Experience® “Results through Awareness"®, a behavioral wellness and training company that focuses on adapting the principles and practices of mindfulness, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral techniques to increase one’s ability to be resilient and achieve optimal performance through skillfully managing emotions and behaviors. She has created engaging and fun educational programs and practice tools including a variety of Guided Meditation Mp3’s. She completed the professional training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness, served as a post-graduate fellow in psychodynamic psychology in a medical setting, and is certified
