James leads the Brand Insight division at Precise. He actively promotes the value of social content as a source of insight through regular conference and events appearances and features regularly in the mainstream and marketing media. Prior to joining Precise, James worked for many years in brand consultancy and research at Interbrand, Headlight Vision, and WPP brand consultancy Landor, where he was Head of Strategy for Consumer Brands. James has worked with a diverse range of clients, including Nestle, Land Rover, Tesco and M&S.
