Jon Dymond

Jon Dymond is a director at Hay Group and has over ten years of international experience, advising on all areas of executive reward, including policy, strategy and design. He has particular expertise on specific business-issue related projects involving strategic or cultural change and between 2007 and 2008 was Hay Group’s head of executive reward for the Middle East.

Before joining Hay Group in 2005, Jon was business development director for a start-up company since acquired by PwC, having previously worked as a strategy consultant in the USA and UK.

Jon has an MA from and is an Isaac Newton Scholar of Cambridge University.
