Sarah Babb is the programme director, facilitator and lecturer for the University of Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development (USB-ED). Babb has specialised in leadership development, both the design and delivery of programmes for over 20 years helping build the capacity of leaders of the future. Sarah has designed and facilitated numerous programmes for multinationals, businesses, associations and business schools, reaching vast numbers of leaders, across multiple industries. Sarah partners with leaders in 3 ways: Facilitating leadership programmes, Facilitating leadership conversations (such as strategy and scenarios), and Coaching leaders (one-on-one and in teams) Sarah by way of example, has designed a senior leadership transition programme, which she has facilitated successfully for the past six years with a business school as both an open and an in-house programme. This programme targets those managers of managers and manager of function leaders. Sarah is a dedicated facilitator and is committed to achieving results through leadership development, to create a better world and place of work for all. Sarah brings the academic rigour, the practical applications and the insight of building leaders of the future.
