The people working in emergency service dispatch centres have tough jobs. They can be trying to teach someone first aid for a dying friend one minute, and receiving a prank call from a child the next.

But they have to deal with anyone who calls 999 (or 911, 112, 000 etc.) and handle the situation regardless of how ridiculous it might be.
