It doesn’t matter how hot the British summer days get, as soon as the sun goes down you’ll be chilly. That’s why we’re loving the 2-for-1 element of Aldi’s latest product: an outdoor fire pit that doubles up as a BBQ. And it only costs £49.99.

The 48 x 69cm faux geometric grey stone allows you to BBQ to your heart’s content and then – once everyone’s had their fill – turn on the real wood fire. Who knows, you could even toast some marshmallows if you’re feeling fancy.

Aldi

The newest addition to Aldi’s Garden Week range, it’s easy to assemble, light (15kg) and robust, so it’ll last long after summer is over.

It launches in store on the 2 May and is currently available to order online (although it won’t be dispatched to the 2 May) just in time for the bank holiday. Though we reckon you’ll need to be quick before it sells out.
