Amanda Holden has said she “loves it that people are still talking about my tired old breasts” when she is nearly 50, following criticism from some Britain’s Got Talent viewers about her outfits.

The judge has continually sparked conversations with her choice of dresses on the ITV talent show, with a spider’s web-inspired number she wore on Wednesday’s episode prompting a small number of complaints to TV watchdog Ofcom.

However, the 48 year old said she is delighted she is still attracting attention.

She told the Mail On Sunday’s You magazine: “I love it that people are still talking about my tired old breasts and I’m nearly 50!

“No one talks about Alesha Dixon’s – she’s got great boobs by the way – and she’s eight years younger than me.”

Amanda attributes her current style evolution to stylist Karl Willettt, saying: “I go through different phases, I have a different stylist – a bloke. It’s a different eye,” but added that she likes her rest of her clothes to be accessible.

However, she said age is not a factor in how she dresses.

“Age is totally irrelevant, thanks to people like J-Lo, who is 49 and just a sexy, hot woman who dresses for how she feels,” she said.

Earlier this week, Amanda was caught in another Britain’s Got Talent controversy when she dropped the f-bomb before the watershed after being scared during a magic act.

After the moment attracted over 200 Ofcom complaints, she later shrugged off criticism, saying: “I’ve not learnt my lesson, I’ve not washed my mouth out with soap either. I would defy anyone not to have sworn, they would have said worse than I did.”

This year’s Britain’s Got Talent will crown its winner on Sunday night, with the final kicking off at 7.30pm on ITV.
