Graham Norton is set to host the 2019 TV Baftas when the star-studded ceremony takes place next month.
The talk show presenter, who is taking over from 2018 host Sue Perkins, has shared his excitement ahead of the big bash.
“It has been almost 15 years since I first hosted the Television Awards and what a pleasure it is to be returning to host once again,” he sad.
“2018 was a stand-out year for television and I look forward to seeing the brilliant talent in our industry rewarded.”
Clare Brown, director of production at Bafta, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Graham back to host the British Academy Television Awards.
“Graham captures the hearts of the audience both at home and in the room and, having hosted the ceremony numerous times throughout the years, we look forward to having him on board once again.”
The TV Baftas shortlist was announced last month sand Killing Eve become the most-nominated show of 2019, thanks to a slight bending of the rules to allow the drama eligibility in extra categories.
The spy drama, created by Fleabag star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, is up against Bodyguard, Save Me and Informer for Best Drama, while stars Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer will go up against one another in the Best Leading Actress category.
Elsewhere, Ant and Dec are up for two awards, while Britain’s Got Talent and Strictly Come Dancing will go up against Saturday Night Takeaway and Michael McIntyre’s Big Show for Best Entertainment Show category.
The TV Baftas take place on Sunday May 12.
