Royal Navy Merlin Helicopter Takes Out Portaloos In Okehampton, Dartmoor

A Royal Navy Merlin helicopter has been caught on camera making an unfortunate mistake with some portable toilets.

The aircraft was lifting field guns near Okehampton, Dartmoor in preparation for the weekend's Ten Tors hiking event when the gust caused by its rotor blades destroyed a row of port-a-potties.

Luckily nobody was inside spending a penny at the time, but we hate to imagine what kind of smell it must've caused across the area.

YouTuber LA Knight shared the footage of the plastic loo destruction on Saturday, and has since amassed over 15,000 views.
