The ‘Mysterious Girl’ singer has admitted in his latest magazine column that the two are making “progress” towards putting their differences aside, after spending the best part of six years involved in a bitter, and highly public, feud.
In the latest issue of New! magazine, he writes: “Some of you may have noticed that Junior and Bista’s mum came to watch my show in Brighton last Friday.”
We know her name, Pete, you can say it. It’s fine. You won’t summon her.
He continues: “This is progress and I’m really happy that she and her husband, Kieran, came along and the whole family was there.
“It was great for the kids to see us getting on and just goes to show we’re all moving forward.”
The former royal couple of reality television first raised eyebrows last month, when they shocked everyone by… actually being nice to each other, sending each other some smiling emojis over Twitter.
That's the best way to heal a rift, right?
Back in January, Peter admitted during a TV appearance: “It’s really strange even with things that have happened in the past, me and Kate we’re okay now.
That was a long time coming, though, as even as recently 2014, the former glamour model said she would “never speak to Peter again”.
