A British man has died after he fell ill on a Jet2 flight to Ibiza.
The plane was diverted to Toulouse due to the medical emergency where he was taken to hospital by ambulance but did not survive.
The man, who has yet to be identified, was flying from Manchester to the Spanish island.
A Foreign Office spokesman said: “We are in contact with the French authorities following the death of a British man in Toulouse and are supporting his family at this difficult time.”
