Paul Hollywood's Ex Summer Monteys-Fullam Claims She's Been 'Thrown Under The Bus' In Public Break-Up Row

She has responded to accusations he made on Instagram after he asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Paul Hollywood’s ex-girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam has claimed she is being “being thrown under the bus” in a public row about their break up.

The pair called it quits after the former barmaid refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

In a message on Instagram, the Great British Bake Off judge later told fans that there are “always two sides to a story, you’ve only heard one…. But alas I don’t play those games”.

After he wrote that he had “never understood anyone who makes money selling stories and courting the paps”, Summer has now said she wanted to “respond to the accusations made by Paul in his recent post”.

Writing in her Instagram comments, Summer said she felt “betrayed” when asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement “as I had clearly demonstrated loyalty to Paul during our relationship”.

She added: “With regards to ‘courting the paps’ this is a baseless and ridiculous statement to make as they were a constant feature of our lives!”

Summer claimed she did not work with the paparazzi but because she accepted the attention as “part of our lives” and “dealt with it differently… I am now being thrown under the bus”.

Paul previously told his Instagram followers to “take what’s read with a pinch of salt and read between the lines”.

He wrote: “I’ve never understood anyone who makes money selling stories and courting the paps.”

A solicitor for Paul said he had asked the former barmaid to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

“I asked Summer to sign an NDA as is standard practice in order to protect Paul’s family and their private lives,” the solicitor said.

“Summer insisted that she had no intention of selling any stories to the press and declined.

“I think that her refusal to discuss or sign it caused concern, understandably, so it’s not entirely surprising that they have gone their separate ways.”

Last month, Paul was granted a divorce from his estranged wife Alexandra Hollywood, who he split from two years ago.

Paul is set to return to our screens for his 10th series of Great British Bake Off – the third on Channel 4 – later this month.
